Whitehorse Centre and Whitehorse City Council are following the Directions issued by the Chief Health Officer under the Victorian State of Emergency. The health and well-being of our community is our highest priority.
The reintroduction of the Stage 3 - Stay at Home restrictions, effective for a minimum of 6 weeks, means our Centre will not re-open prior to the planned 16 August closure date for full redevelopment.
As always, the show will go on! While we aren't in a position to welcome visitors into the Whitehorse Centre one last time, we are planning some special surprises - so stay tuned!
A reminder to all Whitehorse residents to comply with the “Stay at Home Direction”. For the health and safety of our community, we must stay at home except for any one of the following four reasons:
• Shopping for essentials
• Provide or receive care
• Work or study if it cannot be done from home
Further information about the restrictions can be found at Victorian Department of Health & Human Services
If you hold tickets to the following events you will receive an email or SMS advising of the show cancellation and refund information.
The status of Whitehorse Centre performances scheduled at our alternative venues from September through until December 2020 will be updated in accordance with any future Victorian State of Emergency restrictions. Updates will be published on this website and ticket holders will be notified of any changes.

Delayed Debit Payments
2020 Season Subscribers who opted for our pay-as-you-go Delayed Debit program will automatically have payments cancelled.
Any online or phone transaction fees applied to your original purchase will be refunded. However, if you purchased tickets to multiple shows within one transaction, we will refund your transaction fee if/when all shows within the booking have been cancelled.
We will process ticketing refunds in show-date order and usually within 2 weeks of the cancellation announcement. However, timeframes may vary based on the volume of refunds underway.
You will receive email or SMS notification/s once your refund/s has been processed.
Refunds will be applied to all transactions associated with a Booking Reference number. If you purchased multiple shows in one transaction, in most cases, the total amount will be refunded in one payment. If you have booked multiple shows in separate transactions, these will be refunded individually.
Any unpaid reservations held by Whitehorse Tickets for any the above-listed shows have now been cancelled. No further action is required. Due to the cancellation of many social group meetings, we have extended our group reservation payment deadlines to 4 weeks prior to performances for any of our un-effected performances.
Bravo - 2020 Professional Season
We are currently working with producers and artists to source possible alternative dates and/or venues for some of our cancelled Bravo season performances. Should we be able to reschedule performances in the future, original ticket holders would be offered a priority booking period and comparable seating based on their original booking.
