Whitehorse Centre and Whitehorse City Council are following the Directions issued by the Chief Health Officer under the Victorian State of Disaster. The health and well-being of our community is our highest priority.

A reminder to all Whitehorse residents to comply with the State Government's Roadmap to Recovery restrictions. Further information about current restrictions can be found on Whitehorse City Council's website and via  Victorian Department of Health & Human Services 

Cancelled Performances 

The continuation of COVID-19 restrictions has required Whitehorse Centre to cancel all performances through until the end of December 2020. Ticket holders to cancelled performances will receive an email, SMS or phone call advising of the show cancellation and links to refund information. 

  

Refunds

Online or phone purchasers 
Refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card number provided at the time of booking. 

Cash, cheque, EFTPOS or gift card purchasers 
Whitehorse Tickets will contact you directly to discuss your preferred refund option.

Refund options include:

  • Credit/Debit card (VISA or Mastercard)
  • Exchange tickets to an alternative performance
  • Cheque refunds are available upon request

Delayed Debit Payments
2020 Season Subscribers who opted for our pay-as-you-go Delayed Debit program will automatically have payments cancelled. 

Transaction Fees
Any online or phone transaction fees applied to your original purchase will be refunded. However, if you purchased tickets to multiple shows within one transaction, we will refund your transaction fee if/when all shows within the booking have been cancelled. 

Processing

Anticipated timeframes
We will process ticketing refunds in show-date order and usually within 2 weeks of the cancellation announcement. However, timeframes may vary based on the volume of refunds underway. 

Refund notification
You will receive email or SMS notification/s once your refund/s has been processed. 

Multiple Shows
Refunds will be applied to all transactions associated with a Booking Reference number. If you purchased multiple shows in one transaction, in most cases, the total amount will be refunded in one payment. If you have booked multiple shows in separate transactions, these will be refunded individually.
