The White Elk is a mythical figure of Hungarian Folklore which is said to have led the warriors and ancestors of the Hungarian people to their present fertile country from across the wastelands of Asia.

Our ballet follows our two heroes, together with their band of warriors, as they are led by the White Elk on adventures through forest fairylands, wild woodlands, swamps and rivers, until they ultimately find fertile land of great beauty. Here they decide to stay and make their new homeland.

The performance will involve various classical, jazz, tap, contemporary and international dance items.
