A wide range of concessions, discounts and incentives are available for shows presented by both Whitehorse Centre and venue hirers/promoters. Pricing is unique to each event and any concessions or discounts will be advised on the event page, promotional material and when buying a ticket. Note: valid Photo ID or Concession Card may be required at the point of purchase or entry to an event.

Exchanges and Refunds

Please choose your tickets carefully as Whitehorse Tickets does not offer refunds or exchanges due to a change in a buyer’s personal circumstances, incorrect day/time selection or missed attendance. Refunds and exchanges will be available for shows cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions. Package Subscribers are permitted to exchange tickets to an alternative performance of the same show up to 48 hours prior to a performance. Please refer to our Conditions of Purchase for further information.
